Module 1: Identifying your Brand Story

In this module we examine your WHY - what makes you unique. It's easy to skip this step and jump straight into making your shiny logo and brand identity, but this thinking part really sets the foundations for every marketing activity you ever do.

Module 2: Writing your brand messages & creating quality, concise content.

In this module you'll learn how to craft concise, punchy words that communicate your story - we'll create a tagline, mission statement and brand messages. We'll look at copywriting vs AI, and you'll learn tricks to speed up the content creation process.

Module 3: Getting Creative - designing your logo and brand identity

In this module you'll learn the basics of Canva, and how to create your logo, icons, moodboard and social media templates. We provide done-for-you templates and checklists to make it easy!

Module 4: Taking your own headshot photo

In this lesson you'll learn simple step-by-step instructions to take your own headshot, using just your iPhone.

Module 5: Creating your social media accounts

In this lesson we'll go through how to choose which social channels you should use, how to create your profile, write your bio, create your graphics, and upload them. We'll also touch on scheduling, so by the end you'll be confident to manage your own social media posts.

Module 6: Creating your website

In this lesson you'll pull together everything you've learned in the other lessons, and design (and publish) your website in Canva. We'll cover layout, images, fonts, colours and social media links. We'll learn simple tricks to create live links to any external pages. We'll also compare Canva to other platforms so you are fully informed about what suits your biz best, and even some basic SEO best practices.

I totally get it! This is such a common fear that holds us back from taking action, and it almost stopped me from creating this course! But I'm so glad I pushed through the fear and did it anyway! 

After taking the course I took to teach me how to create a course, I've figured out the way to teach with ease and simplicity, in order to get results as fast as possible, with as little effort.

What if... I can't do it

Don't worry! This is a common fear. As long as you can operate a computer, know how to store files, can navigate the internet, are familiar with a video comms platform such as Zoom or Teams, and can use an email account, you will be able to follow the course and learn the skills. I have made sure the tech is simple, and the live weekly calls are designed to address any issues students have. Email support is also available  should you need technical help.
